Shipping information

The buyer is obliged to accept the products indicated on the order form sent by him and delivered by the service provider to the given address, to pay the purchase price indicated on the confirmation sent by the service provider – which also includes the packaging costs of the products – to the service provider!

GLS courier service:
All packages will be delivered to your home by the GLS courier service within 3-7 working days.
The delivery fee of the GLS courier service is 9900 HUF. The shipping address does not have to match the home address, so be sure to provide a shipping address where you can pick up your order.
1. When placing your order, please indicate in advance in the comment menu item your request for the time of delivery, if any (which working day you request the package). After processing the order, we can no longer change the delivery time sent by e-mail!
The GLS courier service delivers every working day between 08:00 and 17:00. We are unable to determine a more precise delivery date than this, as delivery is not our responsibility. On the day of delivery, you can inquire at the GLS courier service from 08:00 regarding the exact delivery time.
2. After placing your order, the system will send you an automated email with your order details (so it is important that you provide a working email address). If you have filled in something incorrectly, please write us the correct information in a reply email.
3. After the order is processed, we will notify you by e-mail of the date of delivery. If the delivery time sent by e-mail is not suitable for you, you can only change it at the GLS courier service by entering the package number on the date or delivery address. In case of unsuccessful package receipt:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, however, he has no right to cause material damage to the sender, or is obliged to compensate the material damage caused! In case of refusal to accept the package or in case of unsuccessful receipt of the package, the cost of returning the package to the sender and storing it in the depot shall be borne by the BUYER in all cases, as the delivery took place regardless of the receipt! The amount is between 9900 HUF and 35000 HUF, depending on the location, which is determined by the GLS courier service and which must be reimbursed by the buyer!
The GLS courier service will always try to deliver twice, please contact the courier service if no one is present at the specified delivery address during delivery! Contact the courier service to avoid inconvenience.

International delivery:
Delivery: to European Union countries.
Payment: Advance transfer, bank deposit, bank transfer.
Shipping cost: Basic cost 9900 HUF but depending on the weight of the products it may change.

If you place an order on our website to a foreign delivery address, we will indicate the exact cost of the delivery cost by e-mail within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, of course, you are not obliged to keep your order, you can cancel it.
